I wish I knew…

I only know…
the pain takes away the anger
to express takes away the pain

but dear man

you think …
you've separated yourself
with words
heartandsoul from those who love you
you wonder: what is left now
just physical boundaries

But, I heard you
for onefleetingmoment, you
considered the effect
of actionwordstime on others
in doing so darling you spit
in the face of your demons

does that mean you must choose
or will life choose for you?

I wish I knew…

I only know…
the pain takes away the anger
to express takes away the pain.
